You should never used a motor club when your involved in a crash. The State of Florida is a No Fault insured state. Motor club trucks are not required to be inspected, nor the drivers to have a background check. If anyone ever attempts to tow you after a crash from a motor club, telling you it will not cost you any money out of pocket, let the Officer on the crash site know at once. This is not legal. It's best to get any rideside service plan directly from your auto insurance company!
